MEETING WITH TOBY RITTER, LANDLORD
I had a great meeting with Toby Ritter, landlord of many of the businesses on East Hartsdale Ave. He provided me with positive, confidential information about the future of the avenue and advised me that he anticipates no long term vacancies on the avenue. GOOD NEWS!

I'm so happy to see so many stores re-opening. It would be great if the store owners would participate in the blog (especially those that have not re-opened).
Let us know more about what's going on - and what's coming to town! Anything new in your store?
Updates posted at the train station and in the apt. building lobbies (near their mailboxes)would reach the most potential shoppers for the avenue (as well as the banners - which would be an attractive decoration, if done well).
